Shipping Policy

At Takeshi, we want to make sure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Below you’ll find all the details about our delivery process.

Domestic UK Shipping

  • Carrier: We primarily ship with Evri, one of the UK’s largest delivery networks.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.

  • Costs:

    • Orders under £50: £2.99 (Standard).

    • Orders over £50: Free Standard Delivery.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

International Shipping

We also ship worldwide using Evri’s international partners (such as DHL, UPS, or local postal services, depending on destination).

  • Europe: 5–10 working days.

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days.

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of your order.

Customs fees, duties, or import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).

Additional Notes

  • Evri includes parcel cover up to £20. If you would like additional insurance for high-value orders, please contact us before placing your order.

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our support team.
