Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Takeshi gear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order for a refund or exchange under the terms below.


Returns Window

  • You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

  • This exceeds the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide a 14-day minimum cooling-off periodfor online purchases.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. socks, underwear, water bottles) cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Sale items can be returned for a refund unless stated otherwise.


How to Return

  1. Email us at with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return label or instructions on how to send your parcel back.

  3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at your nearest Evri ParcelShop or arrange a collection.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless your item is faulty or incorrect).

  • If you paid for Next Day Delivery, only the Standard Delivery cost will be refunded in accordance with UK law.


Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please indicate this when contacting us.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your chosen item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases and arrange a replacement or full refund.
