Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Takeshi gear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order for a refund or exchange under the terms below.
Returns Window
You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
This exceeds the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide a 14-day minimum cooling-off periodfor online purchases.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. socks, underwear, water bottles) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Sale items can be returned for a refund unless stated otherwise.
How to Return
Email us at with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a return label or instructions on how to send your parcel back.
Pack your items securely and drop them off at your nearest Evri ParcelShop or arrange a collection.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless your item is faulty or incorrect).
If you paid for Next Day Delivery, only the Standard Delivery cost will be refunded in accordance with UK law.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please indicate this when contacting us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your chosen item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases and arrange a replacement or full refund.
